Our Privacy Commitment

Six Ways 918wallet Protects Your Privacy

We don't just talk about privacy — we put it into practice with concrete action every day

Compliant with Malaysia's PDPA
918wallet operates in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Every aspect of our data handling — from collection to deletion — is designed to meet the strictest local legal requirements and uphold your rights as a Malaysian user.
Military-Grade Encryption
Your personal and financial data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit — the same encryption technology used by national security agencies and central banks. This means that even if data were intercepted, it would be completely unreadable to any unauthorised party.
Absolutely No Data Selling
This is not merely a promise — it is a recorded and enforceable policy. 918wallet has never sold, rented, or traded members' personal data to any advertiser, data broker, or marketing company, and never will. Your data is used solely to provide services to you.
Independent Security Audits
The 918wallet platform undergoes security audits and privacy compliance assessments by accredited independent firms twice a year. This ensures our privacy practices stay current with the latest threats and global industry standards — not merely satisfy minimum legal requirements.
Full Control in Your Hands
918wallet provides easy access to your privacy settings through the account portal. You can view the data we hold, request corrections, withdraw consent for promotional communications, or request data deletion — all manageable on your own or with the help of our 24/7 support team.
Easy Unsubscribe
Every promotional email from 918wallet includes a functional "unsubscribe" link that takes effect immediately. You may also update your communication preferences through your account settings or by contacting our support team. We respect your decision and will action it within 48 hours.
